as a yoga teacher-in-training, i would have to tell you meditation. to take time with yourself and become one with the Universe. meditation refers to the practice of stillness of the body and the mind. this can be sitting quietly and focusing on the flame of a candle (and releasing stress) or just breathing.
as a teacher, i would tell you to plan. get a planner. i recently got a passion planner and it has a bunch of resources on how to plan, they even have free calendars on their site available for download!
once you have figured out how you want to tribute to the greater good of our society, you have to have a plan. ask the Universe for guidance. allow yourself to be guided so that you can complete your task.
Time management is so important. You really have to go through life and understand that there truly is enough time for everything. You just have to plan accordingly. But also keep in mind that there is a divine order that you are not aware of. You cannot control every aspect of your time management. But you can control some of it. My advice as far as control goes is control and change what you can control, and if you cannot change your attitude about it. Everything has a positive side and a lesson that is supposed to be learned. Take your experiences and learn from them. Plan accordingly. For example, if you know that you have a meeting at 8:30 am, don’t stay up until 3, go to bed at about 10 or so depending on your sleep schedule so that you can be on time and well rested. Your body needs rest and love to be productive. Use your time wisely so that your body is as healthy and your soul is as happy as possible. Make plans. Go out. Stay inside. Just do what you love and love what you do. Plan for the future, but take it one day at a time. Each day is a miracle, cherish it. The life that you live is a miracle, because you are the only person that gets to experience your life. Just have fun. Be happy. Stay safe.
