I believe it is crucial to set goals for yourself, every once in a while, to make sure that you are on goals. A type of goal that is good to set is called a SMART goal. SMART stands for Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, and Time-Limited. For this month, I want to set three SMART goals.

  1. I will be employed full-time.
  2. I will practice yoga at least three times a week
  3. I will communicate my innermost feelings.

I believe all three of these goals will help me become a better version of myself!I challenge you to create three SMART goals as well! Comment your goals below!
