So I didn’t blog yesterday and honestly don’t know what ended up happened. But anyways, I’ll do two tips/what I’ve learned in the last two days.
- Try to release and let go. Being in the moment is so important.
- Admit when you need help. The first step in healing is to admit that there is a problem. Which can sometimes be hard because humans like to avoid problems. It’s important to take care of yourself. But in order to do so effectively you have to pinpoint the real problem. Then address it.
