I’ve never been into waking up early. I used to think it was a waste of time and that I should just sleep a little extra. This morning I woke up at 8 (my first class is at 9) and it was great. I had time to get ready, eat breakfast and meditate (I had time to do a 8 minute meditation). My goal is to get between 8-9 hours of sleep every night so going to bed between 11-11:30 makes that happen! But getting up earlier made for a very productive day. Now, right before I go to bed, I just wanted to say that getting up early helps. You’ll feel less stressed and happier. I wish you all happy days, and just try getting up a little early- it might make a world of a difference.
