Being comfortable with your body honestly is the first step on your journey to living a happy life. You have to be happy with yourself and understand that your body is perfect for where you are in your life right now. Whether you want to lose ten pounds or gain five, you have to accept where your body is right now. Once you learn to love and accept your body, then you will be able to attract your ideal body shape. Growing to love yourself and your body is an ongoing journey. You may see images of others in the media that you find more attractive (body type wise) but you have to know that like I said your body is perfect for where you are right now.
