Think before you speak. Plan out in your head what you are going to say and be ready for any conversation you must have. You need to make sure that you communicate things that are important to you. Let the topic sit for a minute, then decide if it’s important enough to bring up (if you doubt the importance in the first place that is telling you something in general). Let someone know what they mean to you. At some point, the person may not be there, so let them know just how much you appreciate them. Brighten someone’s day.
