I always talk bout how you need to open your eyes and your heart to love. It’s important to be open-minded for your happiness. But you need to close your mind to negative things. Sometimes doors need to be closed so others will open. Not all relationships are meant to be and eventually you have to let go. Close your eyes and release it all. Release the doubt, the negativity, the fear and become close-minded to negative things (and people). Start loving yourself. Take care of your body too, it’s the only body you’ll get. One of my favorite songs right now is Close Your Eyes by Meghan Trainor. I love her, because she talks about loving yourself and being open. Everyone is perfect for themselves, keep that in mind the next time you do something that you’re not fond of or if you look in the mirror and don’t like what you see. Become comfortable in your skin and let go. Allow positive experiences to come to you, trusting that you need to be happy first and foremost. My sister spoke on being happy today and what she said really got me thinking. She, as usual, was filling me in on the drama at school and started talking about being happy. She basically said that if you aren’t happy you need to change something immediately, or else you could look up four years later still unhappy. Personally I know it can be easy to start putting someone you love before yourself. You need to realize that nothing will be successful if you don’t focus on yourself. Don’t blame yourself because it’s a part of learning and you just have to learn from it and move on. Forgive yourself and others, keeping in mind that you’re perfect for you and you are worthy of all your love. Stay happy.
